Summary: Spent 1 night as on road trip North. Property is very dated. Room was large. King bed comfy. Indoor pool looked well kept. Lots of food choices around hotel.

Summary: We took a room at this hotel when we needed a stop for the night on an I-90 road trip. The building is showing its age and there are obvious signs of wear and tear in the hallways and room, but the area felt safe, the room was very clean and comfortable, and we had no hassles with the reservation through the app. Breakfast is provided but the options are limited and not that great. We would stop here again anytime but get breakfast elsewhere.

Summary: Staff was so kind and helpful but sadly the property was very cold and sterile feeling, older laminate flooring that was coming up in spots in our room, the ac did not function properly, we had a dog barking non stop all night directly across the hall from us so you truly couldn't even fall asleep. It is such a shame because it really is a neat building with pretty decor but it was a bad experience overall.

Summary: There was a musty 'old' smell in the lobby. The people at the front desk were nice. And the towels were fluffy. But, I got bitten twice on my arms in the room. Shower went from warm to scalding HOT every 20-40 seconds, painful. I had asked if the WIFI was strong and was told it was. But in the room, ZIP/ZERO wifi available. When I called downstairs asking if there was a "better room that has proper wifi"? (because I had a lot of work to get done online), the guy said, "We can't just keep putting you into different rooms to see!" What?? I explained that he wouldn't be "putting me into different rooms", as I assume he would know which room has better wifi. In the end, I tethered my laptop to my phone's service to obtain wifi. Ugh. I called the front desk around midnight, asking if I could get a later 'check out' at 12pm instead of 11am, and they said yes, and that they had written it down. Next morning I get LOUD RAPPING on my door at 10AM, with no apology from housekeeping, just a shrug. So I showered (burned myself with the hot/cold shower water that randomly changed temps.) and got out of there. If a hotel can't have proper SHOWER, WIFI, along with a good bed (without bugs), then it gets a D-, if not an F. But, hey, the towels were fluffy.

Summary: Staff was friendly and accomadating. I understand that this hotel is in the process of a renovation, but the choices for food in the morning was dissapointing. I had instant apple cinnamon oatmeal. It was the best option, imo. coffee wasn't even hot, lol. I had 1 cup and was thankful that I had a comfortable bed to sleep on and a safe environment, which is what every traveler wants. Parking lot ha a few elephant graves and needs fixed.

Summary: For the price we paid, I expected better care of the property. Staff was nice and helpful but property and room needed some repairs. No light bulb in one lamp, flooring ripped. No bathroom exhaust fan.

Summary: Exterior looked like an abandoned building with weeds, chipped paint all around. Broken glass on entry door; no security chain/lock on room door; toilet whistled and needed repair. However, front desk woman was very kind and efficient.

Summary: The staff were very friendly. This hotel is in moderate disrepair (paint peeling on the exterior of the building, ceilings discolored, metal Kleenex dispenser rusty, etc). The whole building had a musty smell, too, which raised concerns about mildew/mold (though I didn't see any, which is good). Breakfast was in the former restaurant, which had rolled up sheets in front of the exit door to keep rain from evening the building. We were only staying one night, so we dealt with it. The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable.
